Elka 410CST1007

The ELKA 410CST1007 is a low-frequency oscillator module based on an astable-multivibrator circuitry. From what I could find on the internet, it was part of the ELKA Elkatone 700 ‒ one of the many Leslie-Speaker clones of the time.

Based on this schematic, it seems that the whole purpose of this PCB was to make the Slow/Fast LED on the Elkatone 700s pedal blink either slow or fast.
